I have to keep it off!
Back to the M&C healthy plan now that im all better.
Plan is for 1 or 2 cucumber sticks for breakfast to start my metabalism.
carrot sticks +cucumber sticks with soup for lunch.
Then a nice leafy salad (plain) for dinner
That is my wonderfull plan.
Obviously with lots of tea and water
