So far so good (please dont be a jinx)

Woke up had a nice tomato and lettuce sandwich before heading off to the gym!
 
elliptical: 179cals
Treadmill: 95 cals
Rowing Machine: 45cals
Cycling machine: 44cals
Total: 363cals


Then did ironing and food shopping for my mum and ended up having probably whats smaller than a childs portion of this dish which looked amazing in here oven. Looked like a shepherds pie, but instead of mince it was gammon strips chicken broccoli in a sauce i couldnt tell as it had all dried up. (was there dinner last night) Its was gooood.

So to be on the safe side im saying 200cals. So today is 300cals.

Not sure on dinner but im making sure i hit 500 :)

I will have the perfect beach body sooon!
