30 Day Challenge: Day 1&2

So i decided to do a 30 day challenge, Ive been thinking of doing one for a while.

Fingers crossed this will trick my body and help me loose more weight, even if it doesnt the calories are low and it will help keep me motivated and on track!


So im going to start on day 2 as i ate only 131cals yesterday. But was tooo dead to do anything let alone post.

Im also going to answering the 30 day challenge questions :

So here goes. 

Yesterday's intake:500cals or less
British breakfast: mia'd
Half Tuna Sandwich on danish brown bread 48+42=90Cals
1 salt and vinegar jumbo Snack a Jack 41Cals
Total: 131Cals

Question: Write some basic things about yourself.
Im 19years old, 5'10, Live in the UK and currently weigh between 144-145lbs. My UGW is 125lbs. Im fed up of being fat. I sit down and look at my thighs and want to cry. I see my belly rolls and want to cry. When i look down to see these i get a double chin and again i want to cry.

I hate my body, and im willing to do ANYTHING to have something that will make me happy.

I have a lovely boyfriend, R, but all of this is making me question if i should even have one right now.

At the beginning of January i weighed 158lbs.

This blog and you girls are the only thing that mean the world to me currently, If i didnt have you id be 100% lost.

Todays intake: 500cals or less
2 Clementine segments 6cals
Half Tuna Sandwich on danish brown bread 48+42=90Cals
1 salt and vingear Jumbo Snack a Jack 41 Cals 
Ceasar Salad 130cals
Total: 261Cals

Question: 10 likes and Dislikes
1. I like socialising, I dislike My body
2. I like Salads, I dislike gaining weight
3. I Like Shopping, I dislike spending money
4. I like having family round, I dislike how they call me the fat one
5. I like living away from my parents, I dislike having to clean up after my housemates
6. I like my daily comute to work, I dislike doing the horrible jobs 
7. I like tea, I dislike that i have to use lactose free milk (im lactose intolerant)
8. I LOVE my Wednesday girly nights, I dislike that i end up binging
9. I like going over to see my boyfriend, I dislike that he always feeds me wotsits
10. I Couldnt live without my phone, I dislike that i cant live without it.


Generally i eat more but after my weekend i cant really handle much. Im very fragile at the moment! (too much alcohol consumed)

Hopefully ill stick to this plan so i dont purge. Im going to add that into my 30 day challenge. NO BINGING AND PURGING! 

Its becoming too much of a habbit. Oh its ok, i can eat that Ill just go upstairs and purge it up straight after!

  2. I'm LI too but I love lactose free milk. I much prefer soya and non-dairy milks to dairy milk x

  3. I dont mind lactose free milk, to me it tastes exactly the same. But living with two housemates who dont have LI they dont like buying it.

    Im the biggest in my family. My mum and sister are around 5'5 and 5'6 so being 5'10 and my weight ALWAYS being higher they just assume it's because im fat not because im alot taller. They are both also Bcup and Ccup boobs. Me FF. Everything about me is different.

    They are also both size 8's SO to them i am the fat one and it sucks that the height of me and my body fits in more with my dad and brother!
