So its been 1 month and 18days since i started this blog and just want to say thank you to all you wonderfull readers :)
Ive gone from 154lbs to 140lbs in this time ... wish it could have been more but hey,

So for my stats, i thought id put the ones up from the 1st January and then today, 18th February.
Weight: 154lbs
Bust: 38.3"
Hips: 35.4"
Waist: 30"
Thigh: 23.2"
BMI: 22.7
Height for you that dont know: 5'10
And TODAYS <3
Weight: 140lbs
Bust:35"
Hips: 33"
Waist: 26"
Thigh: 22"
BMI: 20.1
Off on a night out in Oxford tonight, fingers crossed it wont be tooo expensive, but im having to plan my food well: Going for a very light day, probably a banana before the gym then wait untill 6 to have beans on toast ... im having that as i know its a good liner for my stomach when im restricting so much.
Also the alcohol limit is going to be off of the scale (is it bad that im hoping to vomit by the end of the night to get it all up?)

Also if i do go for food, to have chips, no cheese, though i cant have it anyway being L.I. but no salt and vinegar OR ketchup or mayo ... just plain :)

Im thinking 100for the banana, 200 for the beans on toast. work out so i burn minimum 300cals
That way i can have 500cals tonight. (with the lack of food half a bottle will do me for the night so thats 250cals and the rest foooood)
Going to do my magical tip to make sure you dont get a hangover, my friends just think im lucky as i refuse to tell them my secret and let them suffer! every drink you have, ask for a tap water, doesnt have to be a pint, but just drink one glass for every alcoholic drink you have, youll be suprised it doesnt sober you up, but means you can go longer, you dont get uncontrolable and you can wake up early and not waste your day :) No excuse to not go to the gym the day after!
