Gym Done

God i feel great after that workout! 

Had to get off the elliptical as i was 90% sure i was about to pass out through hunger.

Left, enquired about group membership (i got to 3 different leisure centres for different things)
Got home had a smoke- i dont usually do this but 1 has been left in the pack right by the recycling for days so i decided to smoke it while taking the rubbish out.
Had my shower and here i am ... Not hungry!

See if i can have a few hours of this! Only have a nice bag of Snack a jacks to keep me going anyway.

Intake:
Half a large magic star 82cals
(I know but when getting my trainers out the wardrobe i found my christmas presents bag and that was in the bottom!!)
Sweetcorn Sandwich 48+8= 56cals
Snack a Jack packet 106 cals
and then another for dinner 106cals
(yes im adicted to them!)
Total: 350cals

See how much easier it is without a strict allowance. stopping the ABC was deffinitly the right choice for me!

Lets start loosing again. 

Gym:
15minutes Treadmill: -102cals
Exercise bike: -88cals
elliptical: -92cal
Total: - 282cals
