Cycling


So getting rid of last nights disgusting pizza bread didnt work due to my housemate and his girlfriend hogging the bathroom all morning to well do what couples do in bathrooms. Takes a year!
Ended up having a wake up call at 10.30 after getting in at around 8 dragging me on a cycle ride. Obviously without access to my bathroom i jumped at the offer!!

Just over 7km : POWER ON GIRL
my legs were on fire..never been in soo much pain. Parents decided to come back with me and wanted to know if i wanted lunch so i had to have a pre counted tuna sandwhich. 177cal. and eat it infront of them to keep up that i am eating still and that this weight loss is just a miracle from not eating all that junk food. Seems to be working. Only person who has had any suspiscions is R. WHO last night asked why were arent an 'official' couple as we have been together, and i quote, '2months and 2 days' What guy remembers the exact time! See he is AMAZING.

Its the weekend so as im not at work and driving there and back i think i can keep my calories to a meer minimum today ready for tomorrows killer TGI's. Havent mentioned it, so hopefully he has forgotten and we can just stay in and watch the big pile of dvd's we have to get through.

Down to 152.2lbs. Not a full pound which has made me not want to eat ATALL today. That stupid garlic pizza bread with cheese-soo much damage. Chips would have been better. Cant change the fact when your drunk your fat receptors turn off so you crave unhealthy food, and when you havent eaten ove 500cals in a while the craving quadruples i swear!

Anyway 177cals done 323cals left - might just have the other half to my tuna sandwich, or an apple for dinner if i get too hungry.
