Food

Managed today on 426 calories- so impressed that drinking lots of water and chewing gum works!

I've also been keeping myself busy by seeing friends. Currently en route to the swimming pool to get my weekly lengths in after a good 10minutes on the bike machine.

Then of to a guys house so Deffinitly won't be eating! This thing is becoming feasable!!

I know its a number 1 rule not to weight yourself everyday but I have gone from 11st4lbs to 11st 1lbs...it may not seem like much, but I haven't been this weight in ages!!! And thats my evening weight. Deffinate motivation to keep going!
