Week 1

All girls who are fighting the way they look and feel feel free to read on - if you are against Pro Ana then i suggest you leave.

Why cant you be the size you want, if it means you are going to be more happy then why not?

I am an avarage girl, who has junk food cravings everyday! I live alone so if i want chips, burgers, chinese, pizza and so on, i just do it as i dont have meals prepared for me! nothing healthy is in my house...ever!!

Follow my posts if you are wanting to see proof of pro ana and the struggles to get through.

I used to be a size 4, yes ok i was about 16-17 in the picture, but ive gone from there to size 12 weighing over 11stone by the age of 19.

Im not happy therefore, im doing something about it. I will be testing the many ways to get to the size i want.

Some tips for you Pro Ana beginners or those looking for any tips.

Top tips i will be following are the below:

- Drink 8 glasses of water
- Eat breakfast and Lunch only. (Want atleast 4 hours of no food before bed)
       - cont from above. Best is to eat little frequently.But rememeber, FEW CALORIES.
- 10-20 reps of 3. this is standing up and bending my legs so they are parralel to the floor then slowly rising. 2 seconds to get down and 4 to come up. KEEP YOUR BACK STRAIGHT. you can put your arms infront of you for balance. This is strengthen your leg muscles to get the size down and fix that cellutite.
- Exercise on an empty stomach.
- Always chew gum, or brush your teeth regularly to put you off eating.
-No Alcohol. (Lots of calories)

A good tip that works is if you have a craving for food which is unhealthy, prepare it chew it but spit it out.
