So yeah, mia'd that up. Feel good that I did it as its not in my body and has made me feel slightly better. But on the other hand I feel horrible that I did it. Don't get me wrong but I don't find throwing up fun or enjoyable, it makes me feel groggy and weak.
Fingers crossed I get to my first goal weight soon!!
